Sata Margretta Supuwood

Margretta Supuwood is a community engagement and philanthropy professional with more than 15 years of experience helping organizations design more inclusive, community-centered processes. Her work focuses on strengthening relationships, building trust, and ensuring that the voices of those most impacted are meaningfully reflected in decision-making.

She has worked across the nonprofit, philanthropic, and public sectors, leading initiatives in participatory engagement, grantmaking, community outreach, and equity-centered strategy. Margretta has developed and facilitated engagement strategies, guided cross-sector partnerships, and supported organizations in creating processes that are both thoughtful and practical. Her experience includes working with diverse communities, managing complex programs, and presenting to leadership and boards to inform decision-making.

Margretta is known for her grounded, relationship-driven approach and her ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable strategies. She brings a strong focus on equity and access, helping organizations move from intention to implementation in ways that are responsive, effective, and built for long-term impact.

Kokulo James Supuwood

Kokulo J. Supuwood, PMP is a strategic grants and project management professional with extensive experience supporting complex federal- and state-funded programs from pre-award through closeout. He has managed multi-million-dollar portfolios and helped organizations build strong, audit-ready systems that support compliance, accountability, and long-term sustainability.

His background includes work across government and nonprofit settings, including housing stability programs, Tribal Nations, and underserved communities. He brings hands-on experience in grant reviews, risk assessments, budget development, and post-award monitoring, with a strong understanding of federal requirements, including 2 CFR 200.

Kokulo is known for his structured, practical approach to designing workflows, strengthening compliance systems, and improving the tools organizations need to manage grants effectively.
